VAXELIS is a combination DTaP-IPV-Hib-HepB vaccine indicated for active immunization against diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, poliomyelitis, invasive disease caused by Haemophilus influenzae type b, and hepatitis B. It is approved for use as a 3-dose series in children 6 weeks through 4 years of age, with doses administered at 2, 4, and 6 months according to the full prescribing information and recommended immunization schedule. Each dose is 0.5 mL and is administered intramuscularly. This package contains ten 0.5 mL prefilled syringes, package NDC 63361-243-15. Store refrigerated at 2°C to 8°C (35°F to 46°F).
