Sevoflurane, USP 1 mL/mL is a volatile liquid inhalation anesthetic. This item is supplied as a pack/case of six 250 mL bottles (1,500 mL total). Each bottle carries NDC 66794-015-25 and is manufactured by Piramal Critical Care, Inc.

Sevoflurane, USP is indicated for induction and maintenance of general anesthesia in adult and pediatric patients for inpatient and outpatient surgery. It is administered by vaporization through the respiratory (inhalation) route.

This prescription product should be administered only by personnel trained in general anesthesia, using a vaporizer that produces predictable sevoflurane concentrations. Facilities for airway maintenance, artificial ventilation, oxygen enrichment, and circulatory resuscitation must be immediately available.

Store at 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F); excursions are permitted to 15°C to 30°C (59°F to 86°F). Refer to the current prescribing information for complete indications, dosing, contraindications, warnings, precautions, and adverse reactions. Rx only.
