Lidocaine Hydrochloride Injection, USP is a sterile, nonpyrogenic amide local anesthetic for infiltration and peripheral nerve block. This presentation contains 400 mg lidocaine HCl in each 20 mL plastic multi-dose fliptop vial (20 mg/mL; 2%). Each mL contains lidocaine hydrochloride anhydrous 20 mg, sodium chloride 6 mg, and methylparaben 1 mg as preservative; pH is approximately 6.5 (5.0 to 7.0). Supplied as one tray containing 25 multi-dose vials. Carton NDC 0409-4277-01; each vial is NDC 0409-4277-16. Not for epidural or caudal use. Store at 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F). Rx only.
