Product attributes

• Cell-derived candidate vaccine viruses propagated in MDCK cells

• 45 mcg total hemagglutinin per 0.5 mL dose: 15 mcg from each of three influenza strains

• Contains no egg protein or antibiotics

• Prefilled syringes contain no preservative

• Syringe tip caps and plungers are not made with natural rubber latex

• Sterile, slightly opalescent injectable suspension

Storage and handling

• Store refrigerated at 2°C to 8°C (36°F to 46°F)

• Do not freeze; discard if frozen

• Protect from light

• Do not use after the expiration date shown on the label

For children 6 months through 8 years, one or two 0.5 mL doses may be required based on vaccination history. Individuals 9 years and older receive one 0.5 mL dose. Consult current ACIP recommendations and prescribing information before use.
