FLUZONE® Trivalent Influenza Vaccine 2026–2027 — 5 mL Multi-Dose Vial, 10 Doses

FLUZONE® (Influenza Vaccine) is an inactivated trivalent vaccine indicated for active immunization for the prevention of disease caused by influenza A subtype viruses and type B virus contained in the vaccine. The 2026–2027 Northern Hemisphere formula is approved for persons 6 months of age and older and is administered intramuscularly.

Package: One 5 mL multi-dose vial (NDC 49281-645-15). A maximum of ten doses may be withdrawn. The vial is not made with natural rubber latex.

Formulation: Each 0.5 mL dose contains 15 mcg hemagglutinin (HA) from each of three influenza strains, for 45 mcg total HA. The multi-dose vial contains thimerosal as a preservative (25 mcg mercury per 0.5 mL dose; 12.5 mcg mercury per 0.25 mL dose).

Storage and handling: Store refrigerated at 2°C to 8°C (35°F to 46°F). Do not freeze; discard if the vaccine has been frozen. Between uses, return the multi-dose vial to the recommended refrigerated conditions. Do not use after the expiration date shown on the label.
