Adenosine Injection, USP is a sterile solution for rapid intravenous bolus administration. Each mL contains adenosine 3 mg, and this single-dose 2 mL vial contains 6 mg total. Inactive ingredients include sodium chloride and water for injection. Adenosine injection is indicated for conversion to sinus rhythm of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia, including that associated with accessory bypass tracts, when clinically appropriate.
